This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "you") and PIXL Events Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Instagram Management Service available at ig.pixlapps.io (the "Service").

The Service provides Instagram Business account integration and JSON endpoint generation for event industry professionals. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Service Description

Our Service provides:

• Instagram Business account authentication and integration
• Automated JSON endpoint generation from Instagram posts
• Real-time content synchronization for website integration
• Engagement metrics and analytics data
• Administrative dashboard for account management

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the Service for lawful business purposes only

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Create false or misleading content through the Service

Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram Business account, you:

• Grant us permission to access your Instagram Business account data
• Authorize us to retrieve posts, engagement metrics, and profile information
• Acknowledge that we will not modify, delete, or publish content to your Instagram account
• Understand that we will automatically refresh access tokens to maintain service continuity
• Agree to comply with Instagram's API Terms of Service

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Compatibility with all third-party platforms
• Continuous availability of Instagram API access
• Immediate resolution of technical issues

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PIXL Events Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Instagram content, but grant us a limited license to process and display it through the Service.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIXL Events Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PIXL Events Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• We will delete your account data according to our Privacy Policy
• Any accrued rights and obligations will survive termination

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
